I had the pleasure of meeting the owner / baker himself when Natalie’s (named after his daughter) opened. Gave me the grand tour, explaining about the ingredients and how he baked. His heart is in his baking and it shows. Everything I’ve ever purchased (usually cookies, scones, and breads)were nothing short of exquisite. I’ve yet to try the cakes, but will do so soon.
