We offer sheet cakes for various number of guests (1/4 sheet 15-20 people, 1/2 sheet 35-40 people, and full sheet 75-80 people) but those designs are set in a book up front that cannot be altered in any way. We also offer edible image prints, which are done using edible ink and edible paper, the cost of these edible prints is $15.00 per picture printed. This is an additional fee separate from the cake cost itself.

Usually we require a 4 day minimum for custom cakes since some cakes need a couple of days’ worth of prep. The more time we have to work on your cake the more customization you can do, most custom cakes have intricate work done in fondant (a type of edible sugary dough) that needs time to dry and harden before being put on the cake. Please give us around a week to make your custom cake order request, we can and have turned cakes around same or next day, but those are subject to higher costs than the standard.

This is one of the most difficult questions to answer for any cake designer. Custom cakes vary in price widely, due to the design, type of icing, flavor, number of people etc. Custom cakes are a minimum for 35 people and vary in cost widely. You can stop by any day to place an order, no need for an appointment.

We do offer cake tastings for custom cake order of 100 guests or more. Cake tastings are limited to two flavor options, if you want to try additional flavors there will be a pastry slice charge per additional flavor. We prefer you call ahead so that we have the flavors you wish to try available on hand before you stop by!

Unfortunately we do not take phone or email orders. Special order cake usually go along with a special event and no one wants to be surprised when it comes time for pick up. We have had issues in the past and in order to make this process enjoyable for both parties we would prefer you to stop by the shop to get an accurate quote.

We do not guarantee exact color matches, but we work hard to create a color that closely resembles the colors you provide. Please understand that colors often look somewhat different when printed from an e-mailed photograph.

We are a custom bakery and strive to make your party the way you want. If you do not like the designs we have in our ipad our online you can tell us what you have in mind or show us designs from the web that we can try to recreate for you!

Orders are not cancelable or refundable once the order has been placed. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Most bakeries have these policies in place because we have to order or make custom items to use on your and only your cake.

We are now starting to implement custom cookie ordering. They will be simple shaped cookies with your design, company logo, etc printed on top of the cookie using FDA grade edible ink and printer combo. Custom cookies range in pricing and similar to cakes we cannot give pricing over the phone or web and prefer you to stop by our shop for an accurate quote.

We do deliver in the Dallas metroplex and beyond. The furthest delivery to date was in northern Oklahoma. We charge a starting price of$55.00 for a limited range as an additional fee on top of the cake price. Delivery is not free. We do not currently have any food delivery apps we work with.

We are indeed. Although we do not make bread everyday, we have mostly sweets in the shop. Everything you see in our shop is made from scratch fresh daily. We offer a variety of sweets including, cookies, baklava, sweet breads, middle eastern sweets, pastries, cakes and much much more.

Yes we do! We usually have about 5 or 6 flavors on hand all day, just come in pick a flavor and tell us what message you want written on your cake. You are usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. We have our most popular flavor since 1996 which is the fresh strawberry and pineapple, we also have, chocolate, black forsest, mocca, tiramisu, and marble. We also have a variety of eggless options in both cakes and sweets.

We accept most major credit cards, we process our transactions thru square. You can tap, dip, swipe, pay with your phone, etc. Cash is king of course.

Food regulations prevent us from accepting any food related returns. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

We try to ship most items using USPS priority mail in order for you to get your products to your door asap. We cannot guarantee delivery times however especially around the busy holiday seasons when deliveries may be delayed.

We charge a flat rate for shipping. There are no gimmicks involved, the price you see is the price you pay.

We try to pack your items as best as we can in order to reduce damage during shipment, that being said even with warning fragile labels all over the side, USPS may have field days with packages. We simply ask that you send us a snapshot of your unopened damaged box and some pictures of what was damaged to asses and see if we need to open a claim with the carrier.

We pack our items usually by the next day of the order to guarantee freshness. We are a from scratch bakery and have been around selling high quality sweets since 1996.

We unfortunately do not ship all over the world, that’s supper expensive. We only ship to the contiguous 48 states in the USA. Sorry Alaskans and Hawaiians.

There is no minimum order quantity. The price you see in your cart is the price you pay.

Most likely the answer is no. We automatically print labels based on your order at the time of your order is placed. In the event we are out of the product you requested we will email you with the reason and ask if you would like to substitute your order or a full refund.

We cannot do anything once the order has been shipped. If you notice that you have entered the wrong address during checkout please call us right away to fix the mistake and have it shipped to the correct address.
